One of the requirements for the visa screen is the License Verification from the state of your BON. In this case, the Vermont state since this is the state where I applied.
You need the following requirements for the completion of your visa screen:
- Your written request.
- A check in the amount of $20 payable to the secretary of state (Payment need so be in money order, Bank check or draft, travelers check or if in the U.S personal check).
- Request for Validation of Regsitration/License for VisaScreen (print it from the CGFNS site, page 17)
- Send it to:
