It has been 2 years that I haven't updated this blog. I've been busy with my other blog that I have been maintaining. But I can't seem to let go of this blog. It is very sentimental to me since my blogosphere career has started with this blog, being my first. Now, I have decided to revive this blog again. :)

My fellow local citizens are now scared every time heavy rains pour. The recent flash flood that hit the metro last week was a wake up call for all of us. Neither the suburban nor the urban areas were spared from natural calamities.
Almost everyday we experience rains, most of the time it's heavy rains and even the main roads in the city get flooded. Our city's getting worse. Perhaps, it's time to upgrade our drainage system to compensate for the climate changes we are experiencing. Hopefully, no more flash floods. And may the victims of that unfortunate disaster can move on and recover from that fall.

Oh I'm having a terrible mood swings and I hate experiencing it! Trying hard to keep grounded to no avail. I really have to voice out any of my concerns as tactful as I can. So far it's relieving doing that. This is one reason why being a woman sometimes sucks. LOL.

I always treasure memories. For me, this is vital and it keeps me well connected with my family and friends. Reminiscing the past through these memorabilias are definitely a stress reliever for me. That is why gadgets like digital camcorders helps keep these memories organize. You can even compare what you and your friends looked like before from the current.
Circumstances such as emergencies in the family are unexpected and if this incident may happen, it's always a relief to have a Medicare plan for the family. Health care are expensive nowadays and having a medicare is of great help. It may not totally pay all the expenses but at least you only have to shoulder some. We can't postpone emergencies for financial reason.

I was not in the mood the other day when a surgeon which I least like told my head nurse that I should be assisting his cystoscopy cases next time. I hate the procedure and I hate him! lol. He's just so egocentric and he's fond of bullying me. I just hope his cases won't fell on my schedule.

I've been skipping meals due to my work shift. And it's no surprise that I my basal metabolic rate is going slower. Perhaps that's the reason why I still gain weight even though I don't eat a lot lately. Working out is a helpful way to burn those calories and increase the BMR, coupled with fenphedrine for a faster result. But it makes lazy nowadays to go to the gym. Hopefully I'll still have control with my intake.
