It was so unfortunate of me yesterday when I got my left hand injured from washing our big suction bottle. It had accidentally broke without me knowing how it happened. I was left stunned and pale watching my bleeding hand. Immediately headed to the scrubbing area to wash my affected hand with running water and a 7.5% betadine. Applied pressure then rushed to the ER. I was terrified with what happened. That thing is considered the dirtiest thing inside the OR. And I got hurt from it. Good thing I still have enough levels of antibody against hepatitis B which somehow gave me a relief.
