Burning Fats

They say cardio isn't that important anymore but lifting weights instead to help burn more fats especially with women. That's a good thing though since I'm not really a fan of cardio. From 30 minutes treadmill, it went down to 15 minutes with alloted program to reach the desired calorie burn. It could also be aided by using a fatburner such as adapexin-p. Summer would be your favorite season to be.
