Samal Island Hopping

I've been busy these past few days. My godmother together with her niece and nephew went for a visit here in Davao City and of course, a lot of strolling was done. Forgive me for not being able to visit your blogs, though I've tried my best to do so. C",)

For those of you who will be visiting Davao, one thing tourists and locals do here is the island hopping. We rented a boat at around P 4,500, excluding of food. The boat's capacity is 25 persons, we were almost 25 so, I guess it's a good catch than paying it per head.

It was quite late when we left the pier in Waterfront Hotel since some of my cousins were very late in coming. And I mean an hour LATE! *Phew. Anways, we left around 10:30am. It was like joy riding using a boat. Hehe.

You can view the whole Samal Island and it's neighboring islands as well. Although most of us, find it boring since we (my cousins and I), were eager to swim.

Pearl Farm Resort

Somewhere in Talikod Island, we docked there for our lunch. There was a resort there but we opted to have our lunch inside the boat, still we paid P 200 for the entrance fee of the resort. After which, we asked the boat's driver to move the boat somewhere deep where we could have our swimming. And since most of don't know how to swim, we borrowed life vests and wore it including the kids and had fun swimming.

It was nearly 4:00 pm, we haven't toured some islands yet, but since it was late already, we didn't have much time to explore the other islands, so we headed home. Waves are stronger in late afternoon. We arrived in the pier at around 5:00 pm.

Boy Meets Girl

I am currently reading this book by Joshua Harris entitled, "Boy Meets Girl: Say Hello to Courtship". A very inspiring book for couples out there or even for singles both man and woman.

It opens our mind on how God intervene with us in our love relationships and encourages us to fully trust in Him

Very inspiring and I greatly recommend this book to everyone especially to men.

Ironman

Honestly, I'm not a comic fan and I don't know anything about Ironman. I even thought he's one of those superheroes who has this inborn super powers. But I was wrong. Good thing I watched Ironman.

In my opinion, the movie was great! I love everything about it and I highly recommend it! They say you have to watch until the very end of the credits for a surprise! Haven't seen it though coz we didn't wait for it. *Boo. So now I'm giving you that tip. c",)

Looking forward to Ironman 2 on 2010...

Hurray!!

On Playing PRO

Started playing the Philippine Ragnarok way back in college. I started in Iris server then and transferred to Lydia where I begun my journey to become a good Full Support Priestess. It was then I engaged battling in sieges under the Crowned Ones guild. Won a lot friends and it was then I realized that it was fun playing Ragnarok. Even became an acting Guild Master when our GM quit. I became addicted to it. LOL.

My character Level 99 FS High Priestess

After sometime, I transferred to Sarah server where my boyfriend plays. I started from scratch again until I achieved to be a Level 99 Full Support High Priestess, of course with the help of some friends. It was my all time favorite character since her build was excellent and I had strong equipments back then.

But as I started moving on to reality, I quit playing. I had no time for it since I was starting to do my clinical duty. It's been a year already.

Since my boyfriend is still playing, and is the Guild Master of one of the Napster's guild in Valkyrie server, he asked me to play his character for him since he has classes. For my entire Ragnarok career, I only took hold of a Priest's character. He's using a Level 93 Paladin on the other hand and I had no idea how to use it. LOL.

At first I was struggling plus the responsibility of being a GM gave me pressure. *Sweat. Good thing is, his guildsmen were kind to me although they only take commands from my bf. Still, it was fine since I had fun using E-call skill and practice killing some enemies. LOL.

I realized that it's better for me to handle a supportive character like a Priestess than a killer character. LOL.
