Post Grad Movie

Have you seen this movie? Just watched it a few days back. It stars Alexis Bledel of Gilmore Girls. It's another love story movie. It's nice. The primary reason I watched this is because of Alexis. I liked her dresses during her job interviews especially the ones above which looked like some bow ties. I really find her charming and innocent looking. Her blue eyes can are an eye catcher too.

Jacob Was A Surprise...

It was the first night of New Moon Movie and my friends and I were so excited to watch it last night. After duty, off we went to the cinema and purchased our movie tickets. All New Moon cinemas were full with this Twilight's Saga lovers.

I think the movie was good. But I felt the story was fast paced as compared to the book. Of course they have to compressed the whole book into a movie and so I understand that. Still the vampires got a bad makeup. But what all the movie goers got struck even I, was Jacob's transformation. Not as a werewolf but as a hunk! Haha. Great physique he got there which got everyone surprised and loved him to death.

The # 7s in Michael Jackson's Life

Now that the memorial service has been given and thousands of people all gathered the Staples arena and millions of people watching on their television set and online all over the world. And the place where he's body will be buried is still a mystery to us let's divert our attention for a bit with this interesting article I found over tmz.com.

-- Michael Jackson signed his will on 7/7/02.
-- Michael Jackson's memorial was on 7/7/09 ... exactly 7 years after the will was signed.
-- Michael Jackson's two biggest hits -- "Black & White" and "Billie Jean" -- were each #1 for 7 weeks.
-- Michael Jackson's three biggest albums -- "Thriller," "Bad" and "Dangerous" -- each produced 7 top 40 hits.
-- Michael Jackson was the 7th of 9 children.
-- Michael Jackson was born in 1958 ... 19 + 58 = 77
-- Michael Jackson died on the 25th ... 2 + 5 = 7
-- Michael Jackson has 7 letters in his first and last name.

If you're looking for lottery numbers tonight, we recommend something with the number 7 in it.

Kris Allen's The New American Idol...

America has finally decided who the new American idol for season 8 is. And it goes to Kris Allen! Nice one! I was betting for him though in fairness to Adam, he also has the voice. Both of them are talented but I like Kris' style more and I am happy he won! I think he did a very nice rendition of Heartless and Ain't No Sunshine. His talent's simply amazing!

Congratulations!

Palos in the flesh...

Been to NCCC mall this afternoon to watch Bank Job. After which I insisted that we go to SM since I haven't been there for quite a long time. Good thing, we did! Because guess what?! We saw Jake Cuenca in the flesh! Smart bro conducted a show to endorse their new product, the plug in broadband, and Jake's their celebrity guest. I was curious so I thought that we should at least stay for awhile and watch how Jake looks in person.

Whoa! And I was starstrucked!

This was the first time I've been starstruck and he's really cute, huh?! Except that he's really fair that makes him look like gay. I don't know about you guys, but for me, I don't really like men with white complexion, though I envy his complexion and told my boyfriend that I should start taking glutathione or rather metathione, the one he's endorsing. Haha!

Anyways, I was at the 2nd floor watching and I tried to get good pictures of him. Unfortunately, I didn't. It was hard for me to take shots of him since he's really moving a lot plus the fact that my place isn't good enough to view his entire face. LOL.

Okay call me "jologs" but I screamed when he faced in the direction where we were and I told my boyfriend that I never expected myself to scream and yet I did. Blame it on reflex reaction (is there such a word?). Yay!

Pacquaio VS. Diaz

We are now waiting for Pacquaio's match against Diaz. While waiting, blogging is again my activity as of the moment. Though I am not that excited with this match as compared with the previous but I am still eager to see the end result. c",)

It's Not Easy Being Green

Once again my boyfriend and I headed to NCCC Mall last night to watch "Incredible Hulk". I was expecting for a long line at the entrance but to my surprise there weren't a lot of people waiting for their turn to get inside the movie house. It was 7:20pm when we purchased our tickets and the next showing will air at 7:40pm. We're a bit early so we were able to choose our seats. But when we got out of the cinema, people were lining up at the entrance for the next show. Nice to see a lot of Hulk fans. Hehe.

I don't personally know the character of Hulk. I only knew him as that Big Green Man and one of the Marvel superheroes, but more than that, I really don't have any idea. So I see, he became that green man from an experiment conducted to him. Wasn't it? And because he'd gone crazy with this new identity of his that he ended up hurting other people even his girlfriend, played by Liv Tyler. That made him a fugitive and was hiding from different parts of the world at the same time searching for an antidote for his condition.

In my point of view, the movie was okay though there were some dragging moments, you know a lot of talking from the characters. CGI was okay. Obviously I can only comment OKAY about this movie, nothing spectacular for me. Haha. Prepare for "King Kong and Beauty and the Beast" likes in this flick. Haha...Just kidding!

So what does Robert Downey doing on that last scene? Is it a clue that there will be an Ironman and Hulk team up?! Makes me excited with that idea! Although I am presuming that there will be a sequel since Mr. Blue has been infected with Mr. Green's blood. But Ironman and Hulk together? Hmm...we'll see!

After 1300 Years in Narnia

Last night, my boyfriend and I, along with my brother, watched this movie at NCCC mall. We were looking forward for this since we liked the first Narnia we've seen, and we thought this might be good too and we were right! Some says this movie sucks due to some boring scenes, but I guess it's up to your taste. I didn't find it boring and neither was I sleepy inside the movie house. Hehe.

Although there were some scenes that you could really tell the wonders a computer can do with the images, if your eyes are keen enough to see it. My brother did and we were just giggling when he told us about it. But it's not obvious I tell you. I like the battle scenes, (feels like I'm watching Warcraft in Live action...LOL) and I like Prince Caspian, played by Ben Barnes. I think he's hot. Harhar. While watching, I then realized that I missed the Pevensie's and Aslan.

I heard it's a major disappointment if you based it in the book. I haven't read the book though, so I cannot give any comments with regards to it. But this is better than the first movie.

Wait a minute! Is this the end of Narnia?

Robi's Still My Big Winner!

Robi is still my Big Winner! Hehe. He's the only housemate that fits to be the role model of the youth today. I truly thinks he showed his real personality inside the house and I think that showing one's true colors need not to be expressing the bad side of you.

I also think that PBB should not be a charity contest nor a star search. Peace!

Was confused and disappointed with the number of votes Robi had last night. It didn't seem to be increasing and my text votes for him weren't counted! Think about that! Arrghhh!

Thursdays #1...

...Haven't had the chance to watch American idol, but was happy to know that David Cook won the said contest. Not an avid fan myself of the said event but I started rooting for him after I saw him sung "Always Be My Baby". I think he really did well on that. Perhaps this evening, I'm going to watch the replay of it, hopefully.

...Got a little curious though, my alexa rank shown on my lower right sidebar shows 392,308 while on my alexa toolbar it's still 509,499. Hmmm...is it a bug or something?

...I was mildly disappointed this morning. I received two messages from social spark informing me that my two posts didn't get approval for the lack of 3-5 sentences original content. *Sweat. Did edit it after I read it and hopefully this time it'll get approve.

...Yesterday, I promised to start answering the checklists and start writing an essay that an agency had sent me. Until now, I still haven't started doing it. Call me lazy, but I guess I really am! Nyahaha...

...And just right now, my boyfriend kept bugging me about our beach outing. Hehehe.

Shakira Fever

I was feeling down these past few days. Not even in the mood to blog, all thanks to the scheduled posts I made in advance for keeping me updated with blogging. Even declined a task from blogsvertise, *Sigh. That's how sad I was.

On a lighter note, this sadness seemed to fade quite a bit, all thanks to Shakira's Oral Fixation Concert. Watched it on QTV last night, it was electric! Anyhow, it had me diverted my attention and had me in awe watching her dancing, how I wished I could dance like her. She's really awesome and she's one of my favorites. The audience looked like they were having fun as much I had watching it. LOL.

On the other hand, I'm now having trouble using my mouse. *Sigh

Goh Kiat Chun

I know a lot of you girls are drooling over this Brunei born actor, singer and model, Goh Kiat Chun, or popularly know as Wu Chun. He is part of the famous Taiwanese boy band, Fahrenheit along with Jiro.

He played the lead guy's role in the following drama series, Tokyo Juliet, Hana Kimi and Romantic Princess. These were just some of the series he's in. Haven't seen Tokyo Juliet though. *Boo. I first knew him in Hana Kimi and I agree with a lot of you gals that he's really cute, or should I say handsome. That's why I eventually watched Romantic Princess after I finished watching Hana Kimi. He's the only Taiwan based actor that I knew of who have that great physique. Perhaps that's one of the advantages of owning a gym back in Brunei, huh?! Watch out for his new series "Hot Shot".

It's not only his great looks and physique that his fans go gaga over him. But he's being considerate of his fans is I guess one factor that the fans really admire, and that is to be appreciated for what they are doing by their idol. And because I'm just too kind for all of you Wu Chun's fans out there (Hehe), you might want to check out his blog in case you haven't known this yet. There's an english translation of his entries in there, it just shows how considerate he is for his fans especially with his non-chinese speaking fans.

"However, there are still countries which I don't have time to visit yet… I'm happy that the Philippines and USA have started airing Hanakimi and also Romantic Princess in Guang Zhou n few parts of china soon… Again, I did try my best to convince my company to allow me to do promotional activities in these countries and though my initial attempt failed, I will not give up and hope it will be a reality for all us to meet up one day, yeah!"

Edison Chen Sex Scandal..."I failed as a Role Model"

Oh my! It was just awhile ago when I happened to stumble at Girltalk and read the topic related to Edison's sex scandal. For those people who didn't know him, Edison Chen is an Asian actor, particulary in Hong Kong. The scandal spread globally by of course through the internet. To cut the story short, Edison had his laptop repaired where it contains those private photos of him and his ladies during their pleasure moments. Geez, I found those pics in the internet! And it was like...ahmmm...no comment. See it for yourself then but I'm no way gonna post those pics here in my blog. Haha.

The scandal were those pictures of Edison and his ladies, I mean exes and other ladies (I don't know who his exes were, except for Gillian), while having their thing. You know what I mean! Anwyays, I found this video clip on youtube whereby Edison apologizes for the pictures as well as the ladies involved and taking responsibility for it and admittedly quitting Hong Kong showbiz.

"I admitted most of the photos being circulated on the internet were taken by me. But these photos were in private & have not been shown to people & were never intended to be shown to anyone. These photos were stolen from me illegally & distributed without my consent..."

"I would like now to apologize to all the people for all the sufferings that has caused, that has been caused & the problems that has been risen from these..."

"I would like to apologize to all the ladies & to all their families, for any harm or hurt that thay have been build. I am sorry..."

"However, I hope this matter would teach everyone a lesson. To all the young people in our community, let be a lesson to you all. This is not an example to set for you..."

Heath Ledger Dead!

After Brad Renfro's death, another actor, Heath Ledger at 28, the gay cowboy in Brokeback Mountain was found dead in his apartment by his housekeeper. Some kind of drugs were found around his bed though the cause of death has not been confirmed yet. Was it intentional or not? I wonder.

So sad...another talented actor passed away so suddenly. May his soul rest in peace!
